We offer the following:
Human Design Sessions: One-on-one and/or group sessions offering insight and guidance based on your personal Human Design chart.
Human Design Guide: A digital product that provides a custom overview and interpretation of your Human Design.
Our services and products are intended solely for educational and personal development purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
2. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked through our online platform.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) will not be refunded.
Due to the digital and personalized nature of the Human Design Guide, no refunds are issued once the product has been delivered.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Marie-Aimée, including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, and digital downloads, is the property of Marie-Aimée and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent.
5. Disclaimer
Our services are based on the Human Design system and reflect our personal understanding and interpretation. Results may vary. You remain fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take following a session or after reading the Human Design Guide.
6. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services or products shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
